Sophia T. Siambekos

Founder and Principal Consultant

As a first-generation Greek American, Sophia knows firsthand the importance of hard work, commitment, and integrity in pursuit of one’s dreams. It is with these ideals and unparalleled service, Sophia established STS Human Resource Consulting Inc. in 2003.

As an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Sophia brings her practical, collaborative approach to elevate the value and impact of people as a critical lever to organizational success.
